The goals of ACT from which the sub-goals, strategies, and Key Performance Indicators were derived follow:
- We will offer all students high quality teaching, learning and training opportunities in line with the requirements of the market needs.
- We will provide excellent governance, administration and transparency and act at all times according to strong ethical principles.

Graduate Attributes are those generic qualities that a graduate from any program offered by ACT ought to possess. These attributes are inculcated into the student through programs, courses, course delivery process, special events, and assessment.
