The College has an intense commitment to build a sustainable infrastructure, skilled human resource, and excellent student body to meet the changing demands of education. Some of our current and future initiatives include:

1. Quality Assurance Manuals
   These manuals assure the compliance of the qualifications awarded to students to the set of standards outlined by the Ministry of Manpower. The Quality Assurance Team has formulated the Portfolio and policies to ensure that quality and standards is implemented in the college.
   
   
2. Strategic Plan
   Strategic plan facilitates the College to cope up with the global, societal and environmental changes and to direct its focus towards achieving the desired goals and objectives.
   
   

   ACT has developed two Strategic Plans (SP 2006-2008 and SP 2009-2012) which identify specific goals, sub-goals and strategies designed to move the College in the direction of its vision and mission. Sub-goals were derived to better identify the strategies and Key Performance Indicators were developed which the Strategic Plans should be monitored and reviewed.
   
   The strategic plans also integrate the values and attributes that the graduates are expected to develop as they will contribute to ongoing national economic development.

3. ETC Projects
   Educational Technology Centre provides quality services and efficient support to academic programs and administrative activities. Composed of competent and dynamic staff, the department is able to maintain productivity and proficiency by understanding the educational demands and recommends innovative solutions to overcome logistics problems.
   
   
4. Five - Year Development Plan
   ACT devised an ambitious three-phase development plan to expand its infrastructure facilities to better accommodate the requirements for implementing the new academic programs and the rapid increase in the student population.
