The Academic Affairs Office organizes the strategic planning process, allocates resources, administers policies, and promotes high standards to achieve the college academic aspirations such as:

  • to be recognized as the premier public undergraduate institution in the nation; and

  • to be a exemplar in education in sustaining and advancing the nation.

Part of the college mission is to provide students with opportunities to develop intellectually, ethically, socially, culturally, and personally. In relation with other departments, Academic Affairs ensures that the academic programs and learning environment support the college mission.
