Transferee Student

A student who is transferred from a university, college or other higher educational institution may be accepted, if the College Council considers that the level corresponds to the semester the student would be placed in.(Article 32)

You must submit the application form prepared for that purpose. You must also pass the academic assessment he/she is subjected to on the course or level he/she studied, with a minimum of the average C (Good), and with a maximum of 50% of the courses that may be approved in the colleges’ four-level program.

As a transferred student, you will not be awarded any certificate unless you successfully studied and completed at least 50% of the requirements of the level of that qualification in the college.

Student transferred from other Colleges of Technology under the Ministry of Manpower are accepted with the recommendation of the Ministry of Manpower and the approval of Dean.

Part Time Program Student

Part-time programs' applicants, from public and private sectors personnel, may be admitted at their own or their sponsors’ expense.

You will submit your application form, supported by the sponsor’s approval and consent to bear the charges, if the sponsor will pay the tuition fees. Otherwise, you will provide evidence of your capability of paying the tuition fees.

You will also have to prove your attainment of the required grades in English language, mathematics and information technology or your success in the academic assessment conducted by the college, and your attainment of at least the minimum requirement for admission in the college. The tuition fees will be determined according to the decision issued by the Minister, after obtaining the approval of the competent authority.(Article 33).
