“Accounting is the language of the business”, according to Mr. Warren Buffett, American investor and business tycoon. As business across the world continues to evolve, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Al Musannah keeps its curriculum updated to meet the changing needs of the corporate world. The accounting section of the Business Department endeavors to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in the business world. The syllabus is mapped to the requirements of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), which facilitates in the achievement of professional goals. The expertise of the teaching staff will enable you to gain knowledge in all aspects of accounting, finance, and banking and to also get you acquainted with the application of modern accounting and financial techniques. Resources are available in the accounting section to assist you in achieving your educational goals by enriching your accounting knowledge and sharpening your analytical skills as well. You are offered comprehensive guidance and support to build your successful career path in accounting.
