Welcome to the Human Resource Management (HRM) specialization. This specialization centers around humans, who are the essential element in organizations. HRM will help you to understand how to manage all aspects related to people and the workplace environment in organizations, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, work psychology, motivation, turnover and performance management. Moreover, you will also learn how different factors within and outside organizations interact and influence HRM, and explore their implications on HRM policies and practices, especially at a time of fast-paced change and uncertainty.
The study of HRM will prepare you for jobs related to the management and development of people in almost any organization in many sectors.
