Hearty Welcome to the Information Technology Department, UTAS-A.
Information technology department work towards achieving the vision and impart quality education and research to achieve the same. IT is rapidly changing and acquiring new technology becomes a challenge. We offer courses to reflect the industry requirements which needs revising periodically. IT Faculty members keep abreast of these changes and integrate the same to research and teaching. The online course delivery has opened new ways of teaching and our students and teachers have adopted the same without compromising to the teaching quality.
We believe in providing a conducive environment for the students to acquire the skills needed to be responsible citizens and to be contributors to the society.
Our staff is actively involved in research and is part of Research Projects and Research papers. Based on the research area they work in IT, Networking and Mathematics section. With the help of Head of Sections and staff we are in the path towards achieving our goals.
