Al Musanna College of Technology Graduation Ceremony 2016

The prestigious ACT Graduation Ceremony was held at the college campus on 24th October 2016 at 7.00 P.M.


After the formal inauguration with the rendition of the Holy Quran, the College Dean, Dr. Issa Saif Mohammed Al Tubi, addressed the gathering.

In his welcome message, the Dean congratulated the successful graduates for their hard work and contributions, the refinements of their talents and their effective participation in local and international competitions. He mentioned the Faculty mentored Undergraduate Research Award Program (FURAP) projects and the awards and achievements of ACT.  He expressed his sincere gratitude to the academic and non-academic staff members of ACT as also to the parents for their contributions and sacrifices. He invoked Allah's blessings on all of Oman, wishing its prosperity and continuous progress under the leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. The Dean's inspiring speech brought a wonderful sense of pride and achievement to the staff and graduates of ACT.

The occasion was graced by His Excellency, Dr. Hamed Bin Said aL-Ofi, Undersecretary for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. Dr. Hamid al-Ofi expressed his happiness on the grand celebration. He lauded the college authorities, and the vibrant participation of the students while distributing the certificates to the successful graduates. 

The occasion was enlivened by our special guests: the patrons of our graduation Ceremony,  Her Excellency:  Dr. Muna bint Salim Al-Jardani, Undersecretary for the Ministry of Manpower ( Technological Educational and Vocational Training) and, honorable figures of excellence including director generals of governmental and private institutions.

During the special ceremony, a total of five hundred and thirty six (536) graduates were awarded with Bachelors (309), Advanced Diploma (24) and Diploma (203) Business Studies (211), Engineering (232) and Information Technology (93) degrees.

The grand, vibrant event reflected the happiness and pride of the graduates and staff of ACT and ended with the hope that – this new generation of the Sultanate will play a pivotal role in building the future of Oman.

ACT will continue to develop its curriculum with innovative teaching methods, practical training programs and research-oriented educational processes to meet the requirements of local and international markets.
