A workshop to explain the working mechanisms of the Individual Performance Measurement System

The Quality Assurance Department and Human Resources Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences - Al Masanah held a training workshop for the university administration, heads of centers and departments, audit teams of staff objectives and results, and quality assurance coordinators on October 13, 2021. The workshop was conducted to explain the working mechanisms of the individual performance measurement system, institutional proficiency and evaluation mechanisms, as well as introducing the methodology of (OKR). It also aimed to introduce the required skills to evaluate the objectives and results of their staff. The implementation of this workshop is a continuation of the University's efforts to enhance and develop the skills and capabilities of its staff in all fields in order to provide them with more skills to improve their performance
