BSD Lecturer Participated in the International Faculty Exchange Meet
BSDr. Alamelu Mangai Raman, Lecturer from HRM Section, was a Lead "PANELIST" in the International Faculty Exchange Meet (IFEM) organized by the Department of Business Studies, University of Technology and Applied Sciences-Shinas, Sultanate of Oman from June 13 to June 16, 2022. The IFEM was attended by representatives from more than 47 countries.
In a session on research on DAY 3 of the IFEM, she presented how carrying out research activities are encouraged at the UTAS-Al-Musannah. She spoke about the incentives that are provided to students and staff in the Business department. She also discussed about the role of the Research Council (TRC), the Undergraduate Program, Research Grants, and Graduate Research Program, as well as the perks that the TRC provides to staff and students if their projects are approved and funded. She emphasized the department's support for employees who submit research papers in indexed journals.
