System for measuring individual performance and institutional proficiency
QAWith the aim of developing human resources, raising job performance and enhancing productivity, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences- Al Musanah implements training workshops for University staff and will continue until October 14, 2021 to introduce the system for measuring individual performance and institutional proficiency as well as the (OKR) methodology.
The workshop also aims to develop the staff skills in building individual objectives and preparing an individual plan for each employee, which is considered One of the possibilities to achieve Oman's 2040 vision. The implementation of these workshops comes within the framework of the efforts undertaken by the university to enhance and develop the skills and capabilities of its employees in all fields in order to provide them with more skills to improve their performance.
