Al Musanna College of Technology imposed the terms and conditions in line with the use of its services and in accessing any portion of the website. Please read them carefully and when you use the site it is expected that you agree to such terms and conditions. ACT may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and such revisions will take effect immediately.

1. Academic Program Information
Information published on this site pertaining to programs offered and other academic-related materials has been regularly updated for its current and prospect students. The course plan of different specializations are produced and downloaded to help you choose your course of study. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the course plan but they may be subject to change without notice as governed and mandated by the Ministry of Manpower.

ACT website has provided online services such as but not limited to quick search, web portal, blogs, and forum. Once being enrolled and part of ACT, you are authorized to use these services with your personalized account. The registration process secures your privacy and confidentiality. As users, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself in relevance to registration process. By being a registered member, you agree to:
a.  maintain the confidentiality of personal password and responsible for any loss or damage resulting from disclosure to any third party.
b. notify ACT web administrator on the any form of use and access of your account by unauthorized users.

Member’s privacy is respected by ACT in a manner that private e-mail messages including its contents will not be disclosed to any party without prior permission granted by the member, or unless required by legitimate administrative purpose, or to respond to service or technical issues.

ACT On-line services maximize the usability of the website ranging from blogs, forum, web portal, and mail. These are provided for personal and academic purpose only.

As a registered user, you acknowledge and agree to:

  1. use the webportal to post announcements and submit materials regarding your subject matter. Users must refrain from posting, transmiting, linking to, or otherwise distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
