'6 sigma and its application at the Workplace' by Quality Assurance Department

QAD organized a session on 6 sigma and its application at the Workplace on 10 Dec 2020. The event took place in 106 at CC targeting the heads of administrative and Student Affairs Heads as attendees. The presentation was run by Ms. Abeer ALYahmdi - A master student at Sultan Qaboos University and Ms. Balqees Al-Mandhari who linked the theoretical part of the presentation to the nature of the administrative and Student Affairs daily operations.
The session introduced the concept of 6 Sigma, gave an ahistorical overview of its development, presented examples of the different levels of 6 sigma belts, and encouraged the attendees to master one of the levels.
