The Webinar titled 'Introduction to Research Project' was organized for the Advanced Diploma HRM Students pursuing the Senior Project on 22/ 10/2020.
The topic focused includes the Rationale of the Study, Statement of the Problem, Aims and Objectives of the Study, Research Questions, Scope and Limitation, and Significance of the Study.
The webinar elicited a very good response and participation from students. The Question & Answer session was very interactive and lively. The webinar was presided by Ms. Rawdha Al Balushi, Lecturer of the Business Studies Department, HRM Section.
