The Webinar titled 'Research methodology ' was organized for the Advanced Diploma HRM Students pursuing the Senior Project on 19/ 11/2020.
The topic focused on the Research approach, reasoning, and research design, data collection and statistical instrument, sampling methods, and techniques, Types of variables, and ethics in research. The major aim of the webinar was to insight the students about how they must pursue their Research methodology chapter of their specific project of each group.
The webinar elicited a very good response and participation from students. They found it is interesting, educative, and useful. The Question & Answer session that followed was, hence, very interactive, and lively.
The webinar was presided by Ms. Neetu kwatra, Lecturer of the Business Studies Department, HRM Section.
