Business Studies Organized Industrial Visit
BSA group of Advanced Diploma students from the HRM Section visited OQ – Global Integrated Energy Company on 25 June 2022. The purpose of the visit was to broaden the students’ understanding of HRM functions and HSE operations. Moreover, the industrial visit was also meant to give students the opportunity to observe the working environment of a manufacturing company.
During the visit, the students discussed the operations at the OQ with the External Affairs and Human Resources Manager.
Among the topics covered during the discussion were HR System, Graduate Incubator, Competency Management, Academy, Technical Development, and Talent Management.
The students who joined the industrial visit were accompanied by Dr.Alamelu Mangai Raman and Ms. Jeannette Ong Ee-Lyn, both teaching staff of the University.
