Department of IT Conducts Action Plan 2022-2023 Workshop
ITThe Department of Information Technology (IT) organized a workshop on “Action Plan 2022-2023” on 5th June 2022 (Sunday) from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm at CC106. The participants were split into four (4) groups and each group was assigned to work under a certain SP goal. In each group, 6 to 7 members were assigned and a leader and an editor were identified. Each group was instructed to prepare implementation steps, resources, and responsibilities based on UTAS-A Branch Operational Plan. The group editor was tasked to discuss all the points with the team members, communicate, validate, and consolidate the report and send it to the QA Coordinators for sorting.
During the workshop, Dr. Rachappa Jopate, QA Coordinator, explained the UTAS SP elements (Vision, Mission, Goals, Strategic Priorities, GAs, and Values), UTAS-A Operational Plan, and Action plan requirements.
Ms. Safiya Al Jaradi, QA Coordinator, reinforced the presentation with the required materials, and other necessities to conduct the workshop.
