GFP-IT New Staff Oriented
ITThe Department of Information Technology (IT), through its SDP, conducted an orientation for the General Foundation Program (GFP)-IT new staff on 03rd February 2022, Thursday. This presentation was organized to welcome the new staff and introduce them to GFP. Mr. Madhan Narayanan, a lecturer from the organizing department delivered the talk to the staff of the Engineering and IT Departments.
Mr. Narayanan started the presentation by underscoring the necessity of the orientation for the new staff. He highlighted the essential elements of GFP such as the Placement Test, Math’s Waiver Test, and Exit Exam. He also explained the various components of the GFP-Math Assessment and the mechanisms followed in the GFP. The speaker also clarified the doubts of participants in the Q & A session.
The orientation was opened by Ms. Mini Punnolli, Head of Math Section where she welcomed the participants and presenter, Mr. Madhan Narayanan. Mr. Pramendra Kumar, the SDP Coordinator of IT ended the event with a vote of thanks.
