This lecture was organized by Ms. Kavitha Shanmugam, a lecturer from the Department of Business Studies with the support of Dr. Aziza Abdallah Humaid Alqamashoui, HoD, and Mr. Shrikant Taware, HoS.

Mr. Al Hudaifi is a motivational speaker and with his inspiring speech, he enlightened the mind of the students to think about the “roads less traveled than to sail together in the same boat”. The speaker motivated and encouraged the 50 student participants to arise and move towards a bright innovative future.

He made the students think about five important concerns. The first one is about “Why should a company hire a candidate and on what basis are these candidates employed?”. Secondly, Mr. Hudaifi spoke about unemployment and explained that unemployment is not an excuse for someone who wants to work and earn money. Thirdly, the speaker discussed the importance of developing one’s knowledge through research, thinking innovatively, and having entrepreneurial skills to initiate and ideate one’s skills. Fourthly, he asked the students to not memorize the lessons. Instead, he motivated them to understand the concepts and study and that they should put their heart and soul into their studies. Finally, Mr. Al Hudaifi challenged the students to think globally and not to search for jobs on the National Frontiers only rather, students should think to seek jobs across borders and shine in their careers.
