UTAS-A Women’s Sports Day Conducted
ITThe Department of Housing, Student Activities, and Graduation, represented by the Sports Group, organized a sports day for female students and female employees of the University on Thursday, 26 May 2022.
On this occasion, several sports competitions like handball, tug of war, and different recreational activities were organized at the Rustaq Sports complex from 8.30 am till 1:00 pm. Around 30 UTAS-A female staff and students from different departments participated in the competition.
Finally, two teams from the IT Department headed by Ms. Rana Tarannum and Ms. Blessy won gold and silver medals respectively.
