HRM Students Toured Vale, Oman
A group of advanced diplomas students from the HRM Section of the College of Economics and Business Administration (CEBA) were warmly welcomed by Vale, Oman, on 05 May 2024. This visit was a testament to the strong partnership between Vale and CEBA, as it provided the students with a unique opportunity to learn about the company's operations. The CSR Team from Vale shared a wealth of knowledge about the company, its quality activities, production processes, mining, logistics, steelmaking, safety norms, health and safety procedures, and the work environment. They also led the students on a tour, ensuring that the visit was both educational and enjoyable.
Dr. Alamelu Mangai and Dr.Jeannette Ong Ee-Lyn, staff from the BS Department, accompanied the students during the industrial visit.
