BS Department Collaborates with MoSD for Management Accounting Workshop
BSIn line with the Continuing Education and Community Service Department’s commitment to activating the partnership between the university and the local community, the Business Studies (BS) Department has organized a training workshop about the Fundamentals of Management Accounting in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD). The workshop, presented by Ms. Afraa Al-Zadjali and Ms. Zainab Al-Balushi from the Accounting Section, was conducted from 29 October 2023 to 31 October 2023.
The workshop targeted people from social security and limited-income families. At this event, the speakers presented the basics of management accounting as well as practical activities on how to apply marketing and its importance in the labor market.
On the last day of the workshop, the participants were honored by Dr. Nasser Al-Bimani, Assistant Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Mani Al-Barashdi, Director General of MoSD.
