BS Students Participated in MEC-CBO Student Meet and Panel Discussion
BSAccounting specialization students from the College of Economics and Business Administration (CEBA) participated in the MEC-CBO Student Meet and Panel Discussion on 6 November 2023 hosted by Middle East College in collaboration with the Central Bank of Oman. The event aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge of the benefits and risks of artificial intelligence and machine learning in financial technology.
The event was attended by various educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman. Mr. Balerao Shiva Kumar and Ms. Jeannette Ong Ee-Lyn, CEBA faculty members, mentored the students who then went on to win first place in the interactive competition held by the organizers. The organizers gave away prizes to all deserving top achievers and certificates of participation to all participants.
